Good Samaritan Program

Dreampower offers a Good Samaritan Program for individuals wishing to admit a stray pet to Dreampower and agrees to keep the pet until adopted. Good Samaritans are not permanent volunteer fosters, but provide foster service until the pet has been placed in a new home. Dreampower will pay for the cost of all necessary and authorized medical care for the pet while in foster care. Foster cats must remain indoors for the duration of their stay.

Animals must meet the DARF admission criteria.
The individual submitting the pet will sign a Good Samaritan agreement.
